Coventry for Intermediaries has launched a range of its ‘flexx for term’ variable rate residential loans at 65 per cent LTV.
Coventry is now selling a 1.35 per cent flexx for term loan at 65 per cent LTV with no ERCs and a £999 product fee.
The firm has also cut rates on some residential and offset loans from today.
The lender has reduced rates on its ‘flexx for term’ variable residential loan from 1.39 per cent at 50 per cent LTV to 1.25 per cent.
The loan has no ERCs and a £999 product fee.
Meanwhile, the lender has cut rates on its offset 1.59 per cent flexx for term loan at 50 per cent LTV to 1.45 per cent.
The loan also has a £999 fee and no ERCs.
Coventry for Intermediaries director of intermediaries Kevin Purvey says: “We’re delighted to have reduced rates on our offset and residential ranges, and to have launched a new range of flexx for term products at 65 per cent LTV.”
