Legal & General Home Finance has updated its software links with the Advise Wise platform, which it says allows advisers to smoothly manage lifetime mortgage applications through its portal.
The financial services group’s later life unit says its new application programming interface links will enable different pieces of software to share information in real-time, allowing brokers to carry out due diligence research with greater speed.
The partnership allows brokers to search for interest roll up and optional payment lifetime mortgage products, through a range of research filters designed to meet individual customer needs.
The platform also enables advisers to request multiple key facts illustrations across the lender’s products.
It follows earlier similar links with software provider Iress and later life lending platform Air Sourcing.
