Brightstar Financial has appointed Bradley Moore as managing director and William Lloyd as director.
Previously Moore was director of second charge loans and Lloyd was assistant to Brightstar chief executive Rob Jupp.
Moore will continue to run the second charge mortgage division and Bright Mortgage Services.
A Brightstar statement says the appointments, which took place on 1 January, will help the firm complete more than £1bn of specialist lending this year.
Jupp says: “Bradley has been with the business from inception and has worked tirelessly hard with Kit and myself to make the business what it is today.
“As well as continuing to run second charge mortgages and Bright Mortgages, he will assist me in running the overall business.
“Will deserves this opportunity and shows any member of our Brightstar Family on what can be achieved with hard work, dedication and loyalty.”
Last June Brightstar launched new sourcing system EasySource.
The system lets brokers search across different product types to simplify how they source mortgages and other loans.
