Vida cuts landlord, resi rates by as much as 105bps 

Vida has its existing cut landlord and residential rates by up to 105 basis points. 

Highlights of the specialist lender’s residential reductions, which fall by as much as 105bps, include: 

  • Vida 36 standard two-year fixes at 6.49% and five-year fixes at 6.14%, both at 75% loan to value 
  • Vida 36 fee saver five-year fixes at 6.34% at 75% LTV 

Highlights of its buy-to-let, standard and limited-edition rates, which fall by as much as 80bps, include: 

  • Vida 36 standard five-year fixes at 5.04% at 75% LTV 
  • Standard limited-edition two-year fixes at 6.00% at 65% LTV, or 6.20% at 75% LTV. Available at the same price point for individual units, houses in multiple occupation, or multi-unit blocks

The business adds that it has made reductions across its range of retention products of up to 75bps.
