One Mortgage System ties up with conveyancing platform Smoove

One Mortgage System has announced a software tie-up with conveyancing platform Smoove.

The customer relationship management firm for brokers and lenders says the integration will provide its users with access to the platform’s eConveyancer panel and DigitalMove hub without having to leave the system or rekey any data.

One Mortgage System’s software set-up covers such product areas as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance, and protection.

The business has previously integrated with a range of providers– including, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, Ignite, Hometrack, Experian and Knowledge Bank — to provide product and protection sourcing as well as criteria searches.

One Mortgage System business partnership and growth director Melanie Spencer says: “As a business, Smoove is a perfect example of the type of partnerships we are looking for and, from intermediary feedback, we know that having access to eConveyancer and DigitalMove will open the doors to some of the highest quality firms and processes in the conveyancing industry.”

Smoove chief executive Jesper With-Fogstrup adds: “Intermediaries using One Mortgage System, will be able to instruct within the continuous mortgage journey on behalf of their clients, to a choice of over 80 quality conveyancing firms across the UK, available on our application programming interface,  eConveyancer Connect.”

In October, Australian homemoving firm Pexa agreed to buy UK rival Smoove for £30.8m in a move that boosted its footprint in the UK marketplace.
