LSL Property Services has announced that Toni Smith has left the Primis Mortgage Network.
Smith has been with the business since the inception of its financial services division.
In 2018, the Pink and First Complete, previously Home of Choice, networks were amalgamated and given a new name, Primis, with Smith announced as business operations director.
LSL also acquired the Personal Touch brand and in 2019 Primis and Personal Touch Finance were integrated under the LSL property group, with Smith named chief operating officer.
Commenting on the departure, LSL Group financial services director Jon Round said: “[Toni] has been been a part of the executive team throughout this period and had helped build the business’ success over this time, supporting and leading staff and brokers through the integration of Pink and PTFS”.
He added:”I am really sorry to see Toni leave the business, but I respect her decision. I would like to thank Toni for playing such a significant role in the development of PRIMIS over many years and wish her every success in her future career.”
As a result of Smith’s departure, the business will now commence a process to recruit a successor. In the interim, sales and marketing teams will report into Richard Howells.
