Topaz Finance set to launch two mortgage brands

Topaz Finance is set to launch two new UK mortgage companies.

The firm has registered two new names and logos, Jasper Mortgages and Rosinca Mortgages, according to recent Intellectual Property Office filings.

The firm’s mortgage servicer parent, Computershare, declined to comment on any plans for the two new firms.

But Computershare has previously announced plans to underwrite new loans using Topaz’s regulatory permissions.

Topaz currently services £700m of residential mortgages.

Computershare originally bought Topaz using its HML subsidiary to help service mortgage portfolios.

Computershare bought HML in 2014, and HML bought Topaz from RBS in 2015.
