Harpenden Building Society has joined LMS Panel Link, which connects mortgage lenders with law firms.
The conveyancing services firm’s panel provides a list of vetted legal businesses that meet its quality, security and compliance criteria.
The mutual will also use will the firm’s SecureLink system to reduce post-offer conveyancing queries and allow automated messaging with the law firms on the panel.
