Barclays intermediary business director Dave Rogers has left the business after 13 years at the bank.
Rogers, who left the lender on Friday, says in a LinkedIn post that “the time has come, and I am now looking forward to new challenges and opportunities”.
In the post, he adds that he is looking for sales director, business intermediary, senior financial planning manager and consultancy roles.
Rogers had been intermediary business director for three-and-a-half years at Barclays, starting in 2020.
However, he held a number of senior roles in over a decade at the lender, including head of mortgages for Barclays Wealth Management for just over a year, starting in 2016. He was also its performance director – intermediaries for just over two years, starting in 2014.
Prior to Barclays, Rogers worked for almost four years at National Australia Group, leaving as regional sales manager in 2010.
He also spent seven years at Abbey, leaving as quality support manager in 2006.
Barclays had no comment over who will replace Rogers.
Huge loss to the Barclays business. Wish Dave best of luck in the future
