Alternative Bridging Corporation has promoted Mike Halsey to business development manager for Hertfordshire and Essex.
The company says Halsey will advise brokers across the counties on bridging and term loans as well as development finance for residential and commercial projects.
Halsey was previously an internal business development manager after joining the firm in April.
He joined Alternative Bridging Corporation from West One Loans, where he worked for almost two years, leaving as a business development manager.
Prior to that, he spent almost three years at Enterprise Finance, leaving as a case manager in 2021.
Alternative Bridging Corporation head of sales, London and the South East Phodis Maratheftis says: “His [Halsey’s] quick progression to the role is well deserved and we have been impressed with his dedication to helping brokers find the right solutions for their clients.
“His new role will enable him to develop more new relationships and ensure that we are providing our brokers in this region with the best possible service.”
Halsey adds that he is “looking forward to taking a more hands-on approach to helping brokers in my region find solutions for their clients”.
